This data set all followers of Chunying Hua, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, on twitter and Lijian Zhao, Deputy Director of the Boundary and Ocean Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on twitter. Both figures are identified as a prominent leaders of the new generation of “China’s ‘Wolf Warrior’ Diplomats.” And they are all very outspokend on Twitter.

The personal information include, twitter name, the number of following, the number of followers, the number of tweets, join_date, birthday, location, professional, website, and their short description.

The data is scheduled to be released to the public following the publication of the research paper titled “Who are the Followers of Chinese Public Diplomacy on Twitter.” However, if you are interested in using the data immediately, please feel free to contact me.
